If you're 13 to 17: how Retenna handles your information
This is the short version of our Privacy notice, written for you. The full notice is at retenna.ai/privacy.
- You need a parent's or guardian's permission to use Retenna.
- Some parts of Retenna are for adults only. Until you're 18, don't use them: buying, money features, try-on with photos of yourself, health features (Fitness, allergies and diet choices) and starting a household.
- Today the app doesn't ask your age. An app update will add an age question and ask a parent or guardian to agree by email. Then the app will keep those parts off for you until you're 18. We'll update this page before that starts.
- Retenna's AI makes suggestions from what you add. It doesn't use what you add to train AI.
- We count how the app is used without knowing who you are, so we can improve it. You can turn this off in Me › Privacy and data › Help improve Retenna. We never use detailed or advertising tracking for under-18s.
- We never sell your information or use it for adverts.
- You can download a copy of your data, or delete your account, at any time in the app.
- If something worries you, email [email protected]. You can also complain to the data protection regulator where you live.
Some things to know
- Who can see your things? Only you, unless you join a household and choose to share something with it. You choose what to share, and you can stop sharing at any time.
- Your parent or guardian. They can't see what's in your account. If they change their mind about letting you use Retenna, they can email us, and then we delete your account.
- If you didn't mean to share something, delete it in the app, or ask us to.
